Thiruvonam Roasted rava is a traditional roasted wheat semolina (sooji / rava). Evenly dry-roasted coarse semolina that eliminates clump formation when whipping up savory vegetable upma, crispy rava dosas, or decadent kesari halwa. Toasted, nutty aroma with a fluffy, separated grain texture that absorbs aromas of ghee, roasted cashews, and mustard seeds.
