Koorkka is a traditional fresh kerala koorkka (chinese potato). A treasured South Indian seasonal winter tuber, beloved across Kerala for making sizzling koorkka mezhukkupuratti (shallot-chilli stir-fry) or comforting beef-koorkka roast.
